professionals. Our specialty is helping brands make intelligent decisions about what content to create. We then manage all aspects of production—including the development of creative concepts ; assembling the most effective and cost-efficient teams to produce that content; and assisting with distribution strategies to ensure that the content reaches the right audience. W hat does your process include? We are big-picture thinkers, and our process is evidence of our holistic way of thinking. Content rarely stands alone, and is more often one component in an integrated effort to attract new clients or to achieve a similar objective. First, we try to learn as much as we can about our client and their goals. We deep dive into everything we can about the company, the initiative, the audience and their competitors. With that information, we either develop recommended concepts or make suggestions to enhance the client's existing creative. Next, we turn to our in-house talent and vast network of specialized freelancers and vendor partners to assemble the best team possible for the production. W hat types of projects do you prefer? The reality is that we love all types of projects. One of our favorite things about our business is the variety that comes with a diverse client list. Each project is an opportunity to learn or experience something new. These cameras have provided us access to events, people and information that most people only dream about. That being said, we really feel like we are 'living the dream' when we're able to work on things that have a big positive impact on people or the planet. W hat is a recent project you are especially proud of? It may sound strange, but it was a recent shoot for a hot tub manufacturer. The reason we are proud of it is because it was our fifth project for them in the past couple of years. We take it as a huge compliment when brands return to us time and again because they love our work, and of course, they love working with our team. W hat inspires your work? Knowing that we can influence thoughts, beliefs and behaviors through powerful imagery and the art of storytelling. The possibility of being able to play a significant role in moving society in a positive direction makes you want to hop out of bed in the morning and do your best each day. A re there any trends in your industry that are popular right now? The move towards 360 Video, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality content is one of the most prominent current trends in our industry. W hat does the future hold for OneNinth? We just moved into our new offices in Smoky Hollow and love that we were able to stay in El Segundo. The future certainly includes us continuing to grow the company and to get better at what we do in service of our clients. However, we also see a shift toward longer-format, original productions. OneNinth currently has a few TV/web series and feature-length films in various stages of development.
