2018 is coming to a close and the Kaminsky Real Estate Group is proud to announce that they have had their best year in over 30 years with over $200 Million in sales including 2 of
the largest sales in Manhattan Beach this year; one at over $17 Million on The Strand and one at almost $12 Million in the Hill Section. The entire team and I have focused on helping
homeowners market their homes in new and innovative ways and helped home buyers find and purchase their dream homes. The entire Kaminsky Real Estate Group would like to express
their gratitude to all of our clients who we helped this year and for those that have referred us to their friends and families.
As we look ahead to 2019 we continue to improve and learn from our successes of the past. Our year was enriched by adding new professionals to our company and developing targeted
strategies to benefit our client experience. We strengthened our technology by improving our website at www.ITZSOLD.com allowing anyone to begin their own search of every home on
the market, as well as increasing our social media foot print. Our reach in the market grew wider with listing viewership across our team's proprietary database, Strand Hill Properties,
Christie's International Real Estate, SportStar Relocation and Luxury Portfolio, all with the common goal of promoting each cherished home locally, throughout the South Bay, Los Angeles
and globally.
Our superior service, luxury property marketing expertise and roots in the South Bay allow us to make significant gains for our valued clientele. These gains, in turn, help support our clients
in achieving both their long term financial goals as well as there immediate family needs. We have had the pleasure of working with so many wonderful buyers and sellers and look forward
