An Evening to Celebrate
Stroyke Properties Group Forms Bayside Real Estate
Partners with Backing from San Francisco Based
Real Estate Tech Company Side
Oct. 17, 2019 – In celebration of recent
changes to their 35-year-old business, local top-
producing Realtors, Bryn and Robb Stroyke,
hosted a launch event at Barsha's newest
venture in Hermosa Beach. Local favorite,
Barsha Wines and Spirits, has just opened
doors on a new restaurant establishment in
the former Suzy's Bar & Grill space located at
1141 Aviation Blvd.
e brothers have co-founded Bayside
Real Estate Partners, a premium boutique
brokerage backed by Side, a real estate tech
company based in San Francisco. Under
Bayside, the trusted Stroyke Properties name
will continue to operate, but now structured
as a team. Bayside is positioned to support
the Stroyke Properties Group, along with
future partners within the brokerage, with
state-of-the-art technology solutions, award-
winning marketing strategies, and a vast array
of resources to assist clients and agents alike.

setting historic record sales within the real
estate community and are on track to close
over $200m in sales volume in 2019.
Members of the local real estate community,
along with clients and friends of the Stroyke
Group, enjoyed a wide sampling of Barsha's
Tunisian inf luenced menu items while
participating in a silent art auction to raise
funds for Cancer Support Community of
Redondo Beach. Auction items were graciously
donated by celebrated local artist, Kathleen
Keifer. Over $2,000.00 was raised for the local
