level of buyers who have more time than ever to search for homes online – no. Yes, tremendous job losses and a wider recession are likely, but the South Bay's real estate market has consis- tently acted like a "bubble" that operates some- what independently of the national market…. and I don't see that changing. Prior to COVID-19, we had an inventory supply problem (both nationally and locally). This is still the case… supply is not keeping up with demand. But as we – hopefully soon – begin to transition back to some semblance of normalcy, the combination of historically low interest rates, regulations meant to encourage lending to both individuals & business, readi- ly available mortgages and homeowners with greater equity than ever before means that a healthy, thriving real estate market for both buyers and sellers can be maintained. I trust in Southern California, and I trust in the South Bay. We're already coming together as neighbors (even if 6 feet apart), and I'm confi- dent that the same thing will happen in the real estate realm. Let's harness the lessons we've learned about community and compassion for the good of our careers, businesses and financ- es. And all the more for the careers, businesses and finances of our neighbors and friends. Here at Kaminsky Real Estate Group, we're rolling with the punches (and punching back). Our entire staff has been hard at work from home since well before the state's order to do so, sani- tation stations and extra shoe covers have made their way to each of our listings, 3D walk-through tours (viewable on your phone, computer or tab- let) have been ordered for every home we rep- resent, our documentation workflow has gone 100% digital, and we've implemented Zoom and FaceTime to enable us to safely continue daily staff meetings and meet with our clients. It's a new world. None of us have a crys- tal ball (at least one that works properly), but we remain committed to improvising, adapting and overcoming to better serve your family and ours during this unprecedented and occasion- ally bewildering time. We stand beside you and your family as we #flattenthecurve togeth- er, and we wish you and yours a safe, healthy and prosperous future. Note: Our division Procure (which supports the financial wellness of medical professionals) has created an email address to be used by those in the medical field who need front-line support. If you are a healthcare worker currently finding it difficult to meet your family's daily needs, send an email to Support@ProcureTomorrow.com. We will do what we can to help you. We won't be able to solve every single problem or meet every individual need, but we promise to do what we can. Thank you so much for putting yourselves on the line every day to save others. 6454 Abbottswood, Rancho Palos Verdes Our remote buyer entered the home only once during a completely digital and contactless transaction. 51 Paseo Del La Luz, Rancho Palos Verdes Kaminsky Real Estate Group sold this luxury estate on behalf of sellers who were located halfway around the world.
