Over the years, we have taken pride in our Strand Hill company culture and values. Our team
is centered around the notion of creating a place where every client and employee is welcomed,
respected, appreciated and able to be themselves. Another important value to us is giving back
and getting involved in the community. We want to help create a better future; for our kids,
for the students that will be leading next generations, for our local businesses, and for our
beach communities.
Last May, we lost a member of our team, Jake Cleland, to Epilepsy. In his honor, we partnered
with Concierge Escrow to establish an annual scholarship fund to benefit graduating seniors at
Mira Costa and Redondo Union High School. Through this program we were able to distribute
11 scholarships. We would like to thank Concierge Escrow and all of our agents that contributed
and helped make this possible. We also want to congratulate all of the graduating seniors on all
of their hard work. Although this was a tough senior year and we know it won't hold you back
from accomplishing great things!
