CHALLENGE: We received a call from one of our RealtorĀ® partners who had a longtime client that wasn't necessarily looking for a new
home but a perfect opportunity came up for their dream home. The sellers needed a quick closing and the client's private banking relation-
ship at one of the Big Banks told them it would take at least 45 days to close. They were disappointed that they may miss out on this oppor-
tunity because Big Banks are inundated with mortgage requests and the COVID crisis has created some challenges for the Big Banks.
