he current owners of this contemporary Hermosa Beach
home—a licensed contractor and a celebrated veterinarian,
author and public speaker, respectively—spent four years look-
ing for the ideal spot for their new custom residence. eir

phone poles or lines, as well as a wealth of beautiful and eco-friendly
products that earned it a well-deserved LEED Silver certification from
the Green Building Council.
As for their vision when designing the home, the couple strived for
