The art of beach real estate
OUR PRIORITIES have not only shifted in the past few months, they've been overhauled.
Since the pandemic, some are finding they want to slow down, breathe, and be closer
to their families. Others have realized that if they're not going into an office anytime soon,
they can now live anywhere (and many are flocking to the beach)! And even though we're
homeschooling for a while longer, families are still wanting to move to the best school
districts in the country; needing more room for home offices and online learning, while
adapting to this "new normal."
Many things have been turned upside down, but one thing remains constant - and that's real
estate. Now more than ever is the best time to buy or sell. We are blessed to be in Southern
California where the market remains strong, and will be regardless of what the future brings.
