rates could climb as well. Refinancing later is always an option. If the
buyer finds something he/she likes and is financially capable of
buying, it may not be a bad time to buy now.
Repeat buyers/Sellers who plan to buy again - Equity gain is at a
high level. Consider using the gain as a bigger down payment or to buy
