Building Permits Q1 2025: Local Collaborative Hermosa opened its doors in 2021. We were fortunate to have Marlin Equity Partners lease the entire space. Thereafter we held a grand opening to the public in June 2023. All offices have been leased and the project is now ready for expansion plans to commence. Our goal is to achieve complete build out by Q2 2025, maximizing returns for investors. TIMELINE INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY 3-Month Buildout Lease Up Operational 70% of the work for the expansion was already completed during the first phase of construction, including the structure and footing for phase two, providing ample support for expansion live load requirements.
