mantra of London-based
studio Bergman Design
House co-founded and led by
Marie Soliman and Albin Berglund doesn't
apply solely to homes and hospitality
projects. Considered the ultimate luxury,
superyachts are also crafted with this
philosophy in mind. The newest example is
Asani, the result of a collaboration between
Bergman Design House and renowned
Italian shipyard Benetti. Priced around
USD 35 million, the private, nearly 164-foot
yacht has been crafted for a lucky owner
who wanted clean and splendid interiors
with an inviting and Zen-like atmosphere.
Celebrating both connection and comfort
through this jewel on the sea that blends
thoughtful design and engineering, the
Bergman Design House team worked on
connecting the aesthetic of the vessel with
the surroundings through every detail. Soft
fabric and polished woods combine with
buttery leather and ceramics, providing
depth. Calacatta marble dresses the main
suite's private bathroom while the Jallu
Ebénistes games table by Nusom, with its
elegant straw marquetry, adorns the upper
deck. "Here, craftsmanship and conviviality
intertwine, creating an experience that
resonates with elegance and leisure," says
Soliman.
