tural lighting design by KGM; and high-class
custom cabinetry and paneling (Natural Oak
by Querkus; Midnight Ash and Desert Oak by
Shinnoki) from Design Support Woodworking.
Every major component was rigorously selected,
regardless of cost or difficulty.
"I've represented luxury homes on The
Strand for decades, and I've never encountered
another residence executed at this level," agent
Bryn Stroyke assures.
Lean and lofty, with an excess of light,
volume and views, the vertical residence feels
