Thoughts and Hopes for 2014:
We want to thank our clients and colleagues for the many successes we've experienced this year. We believe much of our success can be attributed to the personal

Going into 2014, we expect the South Bay real estate market to continue to grow. Home values will rise, especially in Palos Verdes as well as the Beach communities,
and hopefully we won't see too much of an interest rate increase. Right now, you might be hearing, "You can't sell your home over the holidays," and that's just not true!
