Orphaned at age 4, the young Paul Revere Williams dreamed of becoming an architect. His teachers suggested he pursue
something different because no one would hire a black man to design a home. Not only did he achieve his dream, but he
became Hollywood's most sought-after architect. As a tribute to the 120th anniversary of his birth, South Bay DIGS proudly
honors Williams' legacy with a glimpse at the Palos Verdes neighborhood he created.
