Confidence: Just like clients select their doctors, lawyers, and wealth advisors based on confidence the same should hold true when a home buyer or realtor select their lender. With my knowledge, experience, and reputation clients have the confidence required to navigate even the most complex transaction. Transparenc y: Many lenders promote the "feel good" services in large font while hiding the details in fine print. In an industry that hasn't had a great reputation over the past few years I take pride in creating an open and honest loan transaction from the beginning. Communicating effectively at the start while following through in the middle, earns my clients trust at the end. Getting an Offer Accepted: With low inventory buyers are at a slight disadvantage since most homes for sale end up with multiple offers. I've built a strong reputation with realtors, and I make it a habit to speak with the listing agent every time one of my clients submits an offer. When the listing agent knows the lender and understands how easy the process will be, it makes them feel more comfortable accepting my client's offer. Meeting milestones and closing on time is a given, that's why I've never needed to create a program that comes with restrictions or loop holes in the fine print just to ensure my clients close on time.
