she was born in South Korea and was educated in
Switzerland and Austria. Uni has lived and worked
in Manhaan Beach since 1986.

"We are a boutique real estate company that pro-
vides financing, design, construction and mortgage
services for residential and commercial real estate.
We offer personal service and have extensive knowl-
edge of the area."
How do you distinguish yourself from
the competition?
"I love what I do. I like to treat my clients the
way that I would like to be treated, as part of the
family. I really care, and I believe in my level of
service, as I have many repeat clients looking for
their next dream home."
What would you like potential clients to
know about you?
"I have a passion for what I do. 'The Right Energy
for You!' has been my slogan for more than 25
years, and I love to see my clients' investments
grow and the happy lives they enjoy here at the
beach and on the hill."
Who is your target client?
"Anyone who loves the South Bay like I do! Noth-
ing makes me happier than finding that perfect
'forever' home for a client—whether it be big or
small in any community."
How would your clients describe you?
"Many of my clients have become dear friends
over the years. I would describe myself as a good
friend, someone knowledgeable about the area
that they know they can count on. I am their fam-
ily real estate broker."
How do you give back to your community?
"The local charity closest to my heart is Movem-
ber—a national movement that supports research
and diagnosis for prostate and testicular cancer.
Every year I host a golf tournament with my co-
chairman at Palos Verdes Golf Club to raise money
for this charity. It's a great event, and lots of locals
turn out to support a great cause! Call me to sign
