A beach plantation house built to capitalize on the sweeping ocean views of its Palos
Verdes location, this project on Via Nogales places its master bedroom and great room in
the front of the house to feature the beach views beyond. The master bedroom also has a
covered outdoor deck to bring the vista as close as possible. The kitchen's pass-through
pocket window to the outdoor living area further supports indoor-outdoor living. With
five bedrooms and four and a half baths, the approximately 4,000-square-foot home also
has a detached garage that can be used as a pool cabana.
