T'was the nite before Brokers and all thru the house, every corner was dusted even the decorative mouse.
The staging was arranged with precision and care, for the discerning brokers would soon be there!
In came the agents one after another with positive comments they shared with each other,
"The pricing is perfect, the lighting divine, the property is wonderful and will sell in no time!"
The listing went live, it was time for the buyers, Alison was ready with high quality f lyers.
The buyers were anxious, lined up at the door, the seller was giddy with visions galore.
The buyers kept coming one after another, soon emails of offers were all in the running.
But one offer stood out, far beyond all the others, twas the photo that cinched it, that child, that mother!
The offer was signed and all were rejoicing, but Alison knew better to wait until closing!
Disclosures reviewed, inspections completed, a few more steps seller, don't get depleted!
The appraisal came in, right on the money, the sellers rejoiced and it tasted like honey.
The f inal wire came in, and sellers ecstatic, another happy ending that is simply dramatic!
