home costs $210 per square foot and can range in size
from 600 to 4,500 square feet. The company allows you to
choose from five different 'Proto Plans'--tiny, small, medium,
large and extra-large--to suit your needs. "We look at the
house as a giant space, wanting to create a more open feel,"
