We are proud to announce that we raised over $8,000 collectively as a Strand Hill family in support of
the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce project "Local Love of Manhattan Beach." A private fund
recently launched to award $5,000 to $20,000 grants to Downtown and North Manhattan businesses
who have been significantly impacted by the pandemic. These shops and restaurants are not only our
neighbors, but the heartbeat of Manhattan Beach that we all enjoy and are a large part of what makes
this community great.
After the reopening of our beaches, we launched a monthly beach clean-up initiative. Our observant
agents noticed a large amount of trash on our beaches. As a result, we have been working hard to
keep our shorelines clean. We thank them for their hard work and thoughtful efforts. If you see us on
the beach feel free to stop by and join us. We are in this together!
The current times have reminded us how fortunate we are to live and work in such an amazing,
caring, and supportive community.
