Contemporary Modern
This home's identifying features consist of horizontal lines,
cantilevering canopies, dark metal windows, stone, stucco,
and a warm wood facade, flat roofs with alternating heights,
and horizontal metal railing. This project is approximately
7,000 sf of living area with a 3-car garage.
Mid-Century Modern
This home's identifying features consist of tall ceilings, large
overhangs, full-height glass from floor to lid of ceilings,
metal aluminum colored windows, stone and stucco facade,
projecting stone towers, and horizontal lines. The back of the
home has telescoping modern doors to allow the inside and
outside to be one space. In addition, the rear yard will have an
