KT1.5 LIVING HOMES
LivingHomes went with a more traditional modular approach with its two-story KT1.5.
Designed by award-winning architecture firm Kieran Timberlake, KT1.5 gives home
buyers the flexibility to expand, either now or later, by adding modules to the 1,622
square foot starting size.
The ground level meets today's home design standards with an open floor plan
where the kitchen, dining room, and living room share a space. The floor has a bonus
room, deck, and a half bathroom. Up the stairs are two to four bedrooms, two full
bathrooms, and a deck that sits atop the front entryway.
As with all LivingHomes, KT1.5 is customizable and made with natural, sustainably-
derived materials.
